Partner Terms

For venues, organizers, ticket sellers and accommodation partners who list or promote on Nellmi. A signed agreement or affiliate program terms take priority over this page.
1. Listings
Basic listings of venues and events are free. Nellmi decides what appears in the city guide and may edit, reorder or remove listings.
2. Promotion
Paid promotion places your venue or event higher in "Nearby" and the city guide. Promoted content is always clearly labeled as Promoted. Prices, duration and cities are agreed in writing before anything goes live.
3. Your content
You're responsible for the accuracy of your names, photos, times, prices and offers, and for having the rights to them. You allow us to show this content in Nellmi and on this website for the length of the partnership.
4. Alcohol and advertising rules
Promotions must follow the advertising laws of the country where they appear, including rules on alcohol advertising. No promotion may target or appeal to people under 18, or encourage excessive or irresponsible drinking. We may refuse any promotion.
5. Affiliate partnerships
For ticket sellers and accommodation partners, we participate in your affiliate program or a direct agreement. Commissions, tracking and payouts follow those terms.
6. Ending
Either side can end a promotion or partnership as agreed in writing. We may remove content immediately if it breaks the law, these terms or our Community Guidelines.
